Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Education Society, Nagpur is established and registered under the Public Trust Act and the Society Registration Act in 1973.
The college is organised by the Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to the Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. The college was established in 1984.
The main aim of the college is to make available Arts & Commerce education facilities to poor and economically backward class students, especially those who are working during the daytime at different organisations.
